Garden Theatre “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” - 22nd July 2018

Take a trip down the rabbit hole with Chapterhouse Theatre Company this summer as they present the classic tale of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Join Alice as she stumbles into the magical world of Wonderland and meet a whole host of colourful characters. From the unforgettable White Rabbit and the madcap Mad Hatter to the terrifying Queen of Hearts, Alice’s journey couldn’t be filled with more adventure. Presented in beautiful Victorian costume and alive with song, dance and original music, this is a production to delight the entire family in the gardens of Kilmokea.

Heritage Week at Kilmokea ‘Sharing the Kilmokea Story’ - 18th August 2018

In 2018, Heritage Week will be a highlight of Ireland’s celebration of the European Year of Cultural Heritage. The theme for the Year in Ireland is ‘Make a Connection’ which aims to deepen the connection between people and heritage. Why not make a connection with us Kilmokea Country Manor & Gardens Heritage Week is exploring this theme through ‘Sharing Stories’. On 18th August 2018 you have a chance to visit Kilmokea and learn about our interesting History.

Tree Walk with Arboriculturalist – On selected dates throughout the season

David will introduce you to a selection of native, naturalised and exotic trees at Kilmokea woodland which is made up of a fantastic mix of trees such as Oak, Ash, Nothafagus and meet one of the tallest Metasequoias (dawn redwood) in Ireland as well as many more species. Please book this garden visit in Wexford in advance.
